pptxEXT extracts the text from a PowerPoint (.pptx) file directly in your browser. Choose Slides, Notes, or both — so you can pull only the speaker notes, only the slide text, or everything at once — and convert the result to Markdown, HTML, plain text, or DOCX.
Your file is processed locally and is not uploaded to a server. No sign-up is needed. Markdown and HTML output preserves supported formatting such as bold text, lists, and tables, and you can copy the extracted text to the clipboard or save it as a file.

How to use pptxEXT
- Add a .pptx file by clicking the drop zone or dragging the file onto it.
- Under Extraction Target, check Slides, Notes, or both. When both are checked, Display Order controls the result: Per Page (Slide→Note) keeps each slide's notes next to that slide, while All Slides → All Notes lists every slide first, then every note. Check Don't output empty slides/notes to skip slides and notes with no text.
- Click Convert to Markdown, Convert to HTML, Convert to TEXT, or Convert to DOCX. Markdown and HTML keep supported formatting such as bold text, lists, and tables.
- Use Copy to Clipboard to copy the extracted text, or Save to download the result as a file. Reset clears everything so you can start over with another file.
